This residence retained its existing pool while introducing new hardscape elements, including reconfigured decking, steps, and integrated seating areas, carefully detailed to align with site conditions and HOA requirements. The work reflects precise drafting and documentation to clearly illustrate improvements, supporting accurate HOA drawings.

The image shows a completed backyard entertainment area with a paved patio, artificial turf, and a built-in outdoor kitchen featuring a pergola, grill, countertop workspace, and storage. The drawings were useful in demonstrating the overall layout, hardscape materials, and placement of the outdoor kitchen relative to property walls, allowing the HOA to clearly verify design consistency and compliance.

This residence incorporated new hardscaping, including expanded concrete paving with control joints, a raised composite deck platform with integrated step and perimeter lighting, site lighting along the building façade, and defined circulation areas coordinated to property lines and fencing. All elements were precisely documented through detailed HOA drawings and drafting to illustrate grading transitions, hardscape extents, material changes, lighting locations, and clearances relative to existing structures and site features.
